GOODWOOD REVIVAL

Just got back from a great day out.
Tvr's racing did us fellow owners proud on the track, one of the races i watched we started off in 1st place and one in 6th, then the griff in 1st place got bashed off the track , but it was not giving up, it climbed from the back of the pack to reach third place over the finish line and the other one in 6th came 2nd over the finish line.
The weather was glorious and it was great to see all the cars that time had forgot.
I spotted a few TVR's in the car park but not too many....

I've just got back from three days at the Goodwood Revival with some good news. The two TVR Griffith's (1965) have been given First and Second in the Fordwater Trophy after the Marcos was disqualified. Congratulations to Jonathan Suckling and Jamie Boot, I'm not sure but I think Jamie got "Best Drive" award after being forced off and to the back of the field by the Marcos on the first lap and fighting his way back second place from 28th!!!!
