Hello All
I've already tried posting this request on the general gassing but being as only Mr Morgan has responded I thought I'd try here.
Does anyone know where I can get hold of an adhesive screen heater element
These were originally meant for rear screens, I was intending to cut some of the lines off it and use the rest to heat the surround to boost the demist and reduce the condense a bit.
Ta Matt

You used to be able to get the kits to do this, but I would think that this wouldnt be recommended. They can get quite hot (and due to dodgy electrics) could damage the screen itself.
Might be better off just getting a bucket load of silica jel bags and using them instead - they will keep the moisture down and prevent some of the misting effect - problems with plastic screens...
You could of course get an Astra Convertible which has a glass screen and a heating element....
Cheers,
Paul
