I've used Renovo a few times over about 10 years and it's never made my roof shiny. Maybe it was the waterproofer you used.

The person I bought my Griff from had used boot polish on the roof, eekRenovo was quite good at getting rid of most the marks IMHO.

I haven't actually used it, I'd seen it on a car & it looked like it had been varnished hurl not sure what proofer he'd used but i think it was Thompsons, I've only used is Fabsil

I used Renovo & Fabsil. As long as the material is clean to start with you shouldn't get a shiny finish.

I've used black (MG) and blue renovo (TVR) and never had a problem wth a shiny or streaky finish.

Apply evenly on a cool evening (a hot sunny day will cause it to dry streaky) and Robert will be your mother's brother...smile
