The Meta system is playing up and it needs a new siren, keypads wearing out so i wish to replace it but which system to go for?

Any advice welcomed.

Anything but bloody Clifford,the good ones are Toad,Cobra,but as CS174 said the Meta is a good system.

I don't have an opinion on the Meta system as I don't have one!

Well speaking to Carl Baker regarding alarms when my Meta was playing up, the short of it was that the Meta is 'sympathetic' to the TVR very spikey electrics.
The likes of Clifford etc are more sensitive to fluctutations and hence are more likely to cause trouble.

Personally i had a new alarm module (meta) and 2 years down the line had performed fautlessly. OK it doesnt have lots of features but it works and stays working.

My 5p worth would to be get the Meta system overhauled and leave it at that.
