TVR - a summary of what has been happening, please?

I know im not asking much but please pretty please (grovel-grovel licks your ankles and kisses your shoes) can someone kindly sumarise in a hopefully thorough and helpful way, what exactly happened to TVR over the last year or so.

I stopped reading the TVR news/threads after smellypants bought the company from wheeliebin, and with no time to take a month off to read and piece together each of the 2000 TVR speculation threads, Id be very grateful if someone could give a good overview of the turns of events that have lead up to now.

Following which, where do we stand re: parts, the dealers, availability, new buyers, sales, labour, factory, the general vibe from you lot.

Hoping someone with inclination/time enough to write a good few hundred words on recent happenings will materialise, you have my thanks in advance.

Thank you Julian, just one off the cuff, i am sure if i put some thought into it i could fill a few pages, but i am sure it has all been covered & to be quite honest i just hope the little sh1t gets testicular cancer of the most aggressive & painful kind(no i am not kidding) !!
