I've noticed some light surface scratches around 1 button on my dash.. not deep into the wood but just the lacquer. Is there anything I can do to get rid off this? I assume the finest grades of wet & dry will still be too much & leave it looking worse than it was!

Ny-Web Pads (They look like the scourer part on washing up sponge pads) are quite good, much better than wet'n'dry.
I'd use a red (fine) then a grey (Ultra fine). (I've just used them to finish my re-veneered dash on the Wedge)

Take your time and you should be able to remove them.

Personally, I'd give London Carriage Craft a call before I touched it...just in case.

Try plastics polish. T-Cut will be too abrasive, anything with grit - shudder.

Renovo
Mothers
Meguirs
Novus 3
Applesauce for iPods!

No direct experience of any of the above, but they all look more suitable products.

Try googling for iPod polish, or mobile phone polish.

Only about 10 mins. Did 1st attempt very gently & was pleased to see a little benefit, so did it a couple of further times with similar pressure. Was so successful am going to work my way around the rest of the dash where a few tiny surface scratches are.
Funny.. never found it that amazing on the rear screen (IMO) but now it has a use

Great stuff, had to be worth a try, sounds like a resounding success!
