Sorry to hear your news. I thought a refurb was simply a repaint! Not sure why you cant do that loads of times?
I would have thought that if you wrote a letter of complaint, and sent it along with a statement from Fernhurst, you'd get s reversal.
I don't see the RAC allowing a dangerous repair - too much at stake in terms of their reputation.
