Friendly MOT centre in Gloucestershire

The Cerb will need it's MOT next month, does anyone know of a TVR friendly garage in Gloucestershire, preferably near Cheltenham?

I use an independant in Stroud who is a "real" mechanic. Whilst he does not do the MOT himself he makes sure everything is right and then takes the car to the tester he uses and stays with it during the test. This makes sure that things like backlit number plates are covered etc.

Stroud may be too far away for you, but if you are interested I can pass on the details.

You should give Roy a call at RS Autos in Cirencester tel [phone]. He always does my TVR`s and is a real car enthusiast, you can have a good look at your motor up on the ramp as well while its there. Mention Jason and TVR`s and you will probably get it a bit cheaper.

Hi All, just had my griff serviced and MOT'd at Horizon and it went straight through the tests!!

Even tho County Cheltenham gave up TVR last Aug, I got my Griff MOTd there last October - did a fine job and you can watch / inspect underside if you want.

But then a pint on HK at Horizon sounds like a good plan!

Don't want to take time off work you see, my clients don't like it much when I'm not about...

Unless, of course, any of you lot fancy a Cerb for a day and want to run it up to Horizon

I do it in 35 mins from Chelt!

I do quite a lot of "working from home" in Cheltenham as it saves the trip to the office in Solihull.

Of course if you want to hand over the keys I could make a special trip to the office to drop it in on the way to work for you...

Yep, got it booked for an MOT this saturday.

Fitted a full sports system with a de-cat last weekend, dear lord it sounds wonderful.
