TVR Centre opens for business
Phoenix rises after management buy-out
TVR's biggest dealer, TVR Centre, is open for business. This follows the news in December that the company was placed into voluntary liquidation.
It's business as usual, said service manager Martin Russell and sales manager Mark Tann after a management buy out from original owner Giles Cooper. Russell and Tann said they were "looking to take the company forward with fresh enthusiasm and drive.
"The same dedicated team of technicians are on hand to sort out all your service requirements and Terry will be available for our parts enquiries."
TVR Centre will still sell cars and offer the usual sale or return facility should you wish to sell your car.
So what's changed? Tann said that he plans to stock a more varied stock of cars, ranging from earlier Griffs and Chimaeras to the latest models. "We will also be able to service customers' other makes of cars if they wish," said Russell.
The Centre will also be open longer -- on Saturdays until 1800 and, from March, it'll be open on Sundays from 1100 until 1600.
The TVR Centre will be holding various open days throughout the year with technicians on hand to do a free check over on customers' cars.
"As always customers are always welcome to visit just for a coffee and a chat," said Russell.
