300 bhp. Does the work done equal the increase over a standard 5.0 Chimaera or Griff?

Why take an AJP out and put a rover in, what was he thinking.

If you can't afford to run it then don't buy/butcher it!

No disrespect mean't to you chim/grif boys but the cerbera is a race car, so leave it that way!!! Rant over.

Cause they kept breaking!

Nothing to do with money, Just wanted a reliable Cerbera to enjoy with my wife and kids.

Since when has a Cerbera been a race car?

I quite like the idea .. even though I'm a die-hard cerb fan and didn't warm to the RV8 conversion initially i'm sure it will appeal to someone who's shied away from cerbs because of (unfounded) engine scare stories and wants the cerbera looks/practicality but not the AJP8. Nice one Phil i hope it finds a good home

Can't see the problem myself.
Personally i'm a fan of the AJP8 but i know what its like to lose faith in an engine.

If you feel that strongly about it i'm sure you could buy it and put an AJP back in.

TVR used to chop and change engines in their development cars when trying things out so hey, its a big world out there.. 'Horses for Courses'

How about a Griff with a AJP8.

Would have thought it would have been a better idea to fit a more powerful engine than a less powerful one. Whats the point in that!

Spend all that cash and get a 40 year old motor!

Hope you sell it ok.

Better that putting a Chevvy in, IMHO. At least its still a TVR. I'll prepare to get flamed.

Back of a Cerb, er yes, I went to Goodwood in one of the first Cerby's with Neil Anderson and Ravy.
I got the short straw and sat accross the back all the way from B'Pool to Goodwood.
Neil sprinted it there!
OUCH!! - could not fasten seatbelt etc.
We were pulled over by the plod around the Preston turnoff of the M6 doing ### MPH.
They just wanted to have a look at this new TVR, I got out sharpish, and one of the Plods look at me funny when he peered into the back, waying up if I actually had real legs.

I was happy to BE THERE, but driving one still eludes me......are they any good?
