YES I AM SHOUTING!!

Was out for a drive yesterday with the wife and went past Mole Valley TVR (not a single TVR for sale by the looks of things ) Anyway, it got us talking about the demise of TVR, to which she eventually comments 'I reckon it's about time you sold the Chim!' I'm sitting there thinking 'sorry, but there is no way my baby is going up for sale' - like NO WAY.

So there's me thinking that she wants me to go all sensible and get another Eurobox or something, then she commented.....(and it was at that point I fell of my seat) 'yeah I don't know why you don't get a Cerb next' bouncebouncebouncebouncebounce

Finally the trip to Back Home '06 has paid off and she has come round to my way of thinking. Need to go and work my finances out, then start doing my homework....

Wish me luck boys and girls - I can't wait! spin

Edited to add pics of the lady in question.

I know what you mean there

I know it might sound daft and Im going to be roughly 8-12 months away from ownership, but Im excited!

There was two in Sprint this month, one was a well looked after 1983 Tasmin 280 for £2250 and one was a 350iFHC 2+2 (one of only 6) with TVR numberplate for £3900!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love a 350FHC, not bothered if its a 2+2 or not thumbup

Im just waiting for the agency to find me some work...always a limiting factor

During mid Feb, I'll be applying for the other job, with better pay and a possibility of another job later in the year, but Im not keen on the idea of working away too often!

Late this year or early next year yes

I've got one of those brilliant wives as well. I must admit that when I first mentioned that I would like a Chim 450, she went mental at me, but to my delight she then agreed. After two years of Chim owership, and £7000 in upgades and repairs later, I wanted a brand new Tuscan Two. I mentioned it and waited for the verbal abuse. She said, "OK lets go and have a look". My arse then fell off. We specced up a new tuscan and took delivery in October 2005. At the BNG last year, she decided that she should drive it at the track day at Croft (bearing in mind she had never drove the Chim or the tuscan before). I shat myself. She did brilliantly!!!!!!!!!!! So much so that she is now the proud owner of a beautiful Halcyon Midas pearl Tamora, and I've stll got my Tuscan, WHAT A BIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is 50 next week and its our silver wedding on the 20th of Feb. God I love that woman more and more every day.

And don't forget how important the colour of the Cerb is.

The yellow ones are the fastest.
