Has anyone used Rivermead Garage in Crewkerne for their TVR servicing / repairs?

Apparently they specialise in TVRs according to their shop front and local adverts but searching PH and Google draws a blank.

www.crewkernetown.co.uk/rmg/

Hopefully the PH massif can provide some yays or nays regarding their work.

yay from me.

They've been servicing my Chim since before I bought it. No problems with their work and quite cheap (possibly ~£37.50 per hour?!?) You quite often see TVR's there, mainly the RV8's, along side their usual work.

Speak to Sean - and tell him to hurry up with mine.

Hiya,

I was hoping you'd reply! Found a very old post by you earlier on here.

I'll give them a call as I have an oil pressure problem and can't realistically get the car to Dulford, being so far away. Crewkerne is much much nearer.

Cheers!

I think they might be a bit bored of TVR's with oil problems at the moment

I saw your car up on the ramp on Thursday afternoon. There was another red Chim parked outside.

You know you only have to ask Graham and I'm sure I could bring the ol' gal down to Dulford. It is close to home afterall!

Cheers Pete, but, sadly for you, Richard phoned me yesterday and talked me through some checks to do and I'm now certain the oil sensor is up the duff. He even offered to come up and have a look himself which is bloody excellent service I think. I'm going to swap the sensor for a secondhand one tonight and see if that sorts out the prob and then I'll put a new one in.

However, if I'm down your way (Wiscombe) I'll give you a call and you can have a drive.

I've lost your number though. Can you PM me?
