TVR Shortage Strikes UK
The recent dip in oil prices has been attributed to as many diverse reasons as the death of Saddam Hussein to global warming reducing the need for fossil fuels to heat homes on a global basis, but, one expert, Dr. Daniel Rakish-Farquar from the United Kingdoms Department Of Transport has a new more substanstial theory.
Dr. Rakish-Farquar explains.
"It's a radical new theory based on combining known models of bird migration with what we know about the UK car industry. Put simply, it's down to migratory flocks of TVR's leaving the country and going west".
Despite his radical new theory, the doctor claims it's been documented as happening before.
"During a period dating back about 15 years, we have seen a similar culture shift occur where all the Toyota Twin-Cams in the country simply.. disappeared. By capturing and tackling several of the wild specimens in their natural habitat, Mc Donalds carpark, we were able to fit tracking devices which revealed that between 1990 and 1997, 90% of the Toyota Twin-Cams in the UK migrated to County Laois, in the Republic of Ireland."
Asked to speculate on why TVR's are following a similar pattern, he elaborated:
"It could be several key factors, or a combination of scientific principles we don't quite understand. For example, TVR's are known for their woeful build quality, which suggests maybe a faulty sat-nav unit is accidentally redirecting the vehicles to Rosslare Europort when really, the owner just wanted to go shopping. Or, more commonly, as the vehicles get older, they find themselves being predated upon by large flocks of 'petrolheads' in the Irish Republic.
The DUP was quick to admonish 'Migrating TVR Theory' as 'a papist conspiracy', adding that 'Ulster says no to Catholics in TVR's' while Gay Byrne foamed out of the mouth a bit, then fell over.

To add context.........TVR's are appearing at a rapid rate in the south of Ireland, Saggys, 3000m, Chimps, Cerbs, Tuscan.....very few wedges though....
Now with Europe longest tunnel.......the place to be.......
I wonder can we give a grant for production to move too?
