redundancy pack arrived care of overnment payout not NS so his so called offer was just words as usual. At least this way we get some money in around 6 weeks - now that will be a nice change!!!

At least the goverment should be more reliable in getting the money to you. Whereas if it was from NS you may have been waiting a while??

I think the Government should do more to bring NS to account for his bizzare business actions which have caused distress to hard shilled working folk. If Ken Lay and his cronies be prosecuted in the USA; then NS, DO, JO, RB and others should be here.

Oh yes - me too. But I am very glad they are all getting something for now. Some of the guys are really struggling and that makes me sad & mad.

I wish NS a long and happy life but there is only so long you can treat people like this without it biting you in the @rse.
With his wide boy lifestyle he is never going to be a hard person to find if someone wants to make the effort. One day he will upset someone who will.

thanks for all your support it does now feel things are moving on. The info pack states that 4 out of 5 claims are sorted in 6 weeks or less so thats good news too. There are limits as to how much you can claim but still relieved that there is hope of getting something out of this mess. As for NS reputed offer to make the payment - all pie in the sky - the adminisitrators have advised to still proceed with the claim via the redundancy fund.

purple i was talking to my m8 who phoned them up (pkf) they recon about 3 or 4 weeks now till we get our money new boots for me for thunderball
