How much would a full respary be for a Tvr. Specifically the Sagaris, it would be a full color change to a chameleon color. Just any figures in the ballpark range here of what we would be talking about? Also approx how long would it take? And any company's you would suggest? Thanks

Don't know really but it's not going to be cheap! Those chamealeon paints are very expensive. I know the Spectraflair colours retail at around £700 a litre or something like that.

I just had my red perl Cerb resprayed in Red Perl at Austec - £3500. That's really the minimum you'll get charged. I was told it should of cost in excess of £4k as they did remove all of the doors and the boot etc and did all inside. It goes up even more if you want things like the engine bay done. My Cerb was in pretty good nick to start with and was also near on the same colour. I think you'd better start saving!!

Had my Griffith resprayed by Sportmotive (Stoke on Trent). Absolutely excellent job. They've also done paint on another Griff, a Chimaera, a Tuscan and others. If you give Ian a call on 01782 333008 he'll talk it over with you. It won't be cheap (from anywhere), but I'm confident Sportmotive will be competitive and top quality. They take time and take care - that's the key.

I suppose the question is, why would you want to? I presume you're looking at buying one, then repainting it?

For me, that's a false economy - it'll devalue the car (people wondering why the respray) and cost you a fortune.

I'd just wait until one came along in the colour your want. If A Sagaris of that spec doesn't exist, then maybe, just maybe, I'd consider the respray option...

Are you 'the' Gerbil from the factory?

If so I keep meaning to call you to find the correct colour for my car.

I have the 'ski-boot' Cerbera and have 2 paint codes, one on the bodywork and one in the log book, and I don't know which is correct. scratchchin

Claire said you'd probabally remember the car so would be able to help, can you?
