Went to Halfords in Ashford Kent to get some polish for my P&J.
Deafened by the garage (music?!!) from the audio display.
Did my head in.
Thought on the way home it would be fun to tune all their display radios to Radio three, then put it up loud and see how long before they turned it down.
I have emailed my displeasure to their customer services.
Yes I'm a money old bas**rd, but at least at the age of 52 I am not deaf(no thanks to the Chimaera with the roof down)
Is it me?
PS put this on here rather than on the general forum as I thought you lot would be old enough to understand!!

On the few times I go into Halfords, I take great pleasure in tuning the DAB radios into Planetrock

Not being funny, but have you considered that it might have been a customer who turned up the stereo?

Also, whilst i'm sure it was probably quite loud, I doubt you were 'deafened' by it - ever been to a live concert and stood near the front?

Damn good! Hook was excellent, and it was over all too quickly. Although I still have the ringing in the ears to remind me of it....
