Great to see BB, Oggs and GG at the Vmax. Misses and I had a great day and it was good to meet you. You should drag the misses along next time GG.

Where were all are Cerby, Sags, Tams, T350, and Tuscan Friends, we were well outnumbered by the porky lot.
It would have been nice to see the BIG bad Cerbs and Sags give them GT3,GT2 and clean set of tail pipes.shoot

Anyway i was the slowest Griff 151mph but i now have my excuse. Blocked pre cat and blowing manifold(So that was the whistling).hehe

Anyway next time i will have you both BB and GG.

Regards

Would love to run my Cerb at Vmax but am under the impression that it would be far to loud.

And I'm not refitting a standard exhaust and some cats for no-one evil hehe

Yep but sadly (or not I guess depending on your perspective) not that many run original exhaust and the cats. Whats your noise limit again Craig, might get mine tested just to be sure?

Since I have it on good authority my car is loud enough it's painful to follow, I'd hazard a guess it's over the limit. hehehehehehe

My brother has followed my Cerb to the Ace Cafe on hos motorbike. When we got there he said he could "feel" the bangs from the exhaust.

I set at least 8 alarms off when exiting a multistorey car park once too. I know i'm too loud. cloud9

Seeing the Griffs going so well certainly did nothing to ease the small nagging desire I have to get another one! yes

Although I was in one of the two fastest cars of the day (from Stuttgart) the TVRs put on a fantastic show and many people commented on the noise and the spirit of the TVR drivers involved! yes

I was fortunate enough to have a passenger run in Ballistic Banana's Griff which showed a clean pair of 156mph heals no less!

(Thanks Simon! thumbup)

Hey Uncle B, BB. Uncle, no, the missus would definitely freak and/or get bored as soon as we arrived, and yes BB, it`s a pain it`s got to go, but what can I do - I`d be rubbish at crime. Hang on, thinking about it, the Griff would be good getaway car - as Uncle B says, not much can leave the line as well as a Griff, just hope fuzz don`t have RUF 911s!
If I`m around next time, I`ll fold in the mirrors too.....

No point taking the Sag, you would be looking at 170ish with the barn door on the back.

Next yr will be a different story however

Cats being replaced and a quiet sports exhaust should be ok I think?

We compete it regularily enough with this set up, so it cant be too loud. We may have to bring the silencers though, they bring it down 10db.
