Has anyone else heard of this bunch called Brunton Motorsport. I was thinking of giving them some cash and just wanted to make sure that they weren't dodgy. I heard a rumour at Silverstone this weekend that they would be running either a Tuscan R or the Speed 12 in the GT next year. Any advice would be really apprieciated. There website is www.bruntongt.com

I spoke to a mate of mine on the weekend who works at the factory. He had heard a similar rumour about the 12. Don't know whether its true or not. Never heard of these guys before, their website is brilliant though. Have a chat with the car club.

I've been chatting to these guys and they sound an interesting bunch with the right approach to making motorsport fun for us enthusiasts.

They obviously recognise that creating a following amongst us lot is a good route to sponsorship. As soon as they confirm their car (Speed 12 would be great) to scumbag journo types I'll get some details up here.

The website looks good, but there appears to be a problem in registering with it, has anyone else had this problem?

Hi there,

I can confirm that we are talking to TVR about the speed 12 although we cannot confirm anything until we have ensured that we have secured the technical resources to get the most from the car. Our orginal plan was to enter a Tuscan R hence the confusion on the website.

Thank-you for highlighting the problem with the registration section of the website, this is now fixed.

Finally, I just wanted to confirm that the team is in no way affiliated with Rollcentre Racing and is entirely independent from TVR.

As soon as we are in a position to confirm the details of the car, Pistonheads will be the first to know.

Kind Regards

Dominic Spiers

Providing all the elements fall into place for this team - and they are not messing around - they will be well worth watching next year.
