wanted - cerbie/tuscan with blown engine

Bit of a project looming and am going to invest a little money getting a car into North America, to see if it can be done for more than 1 year.
So, need a car, but not an engine. Anyone out there prepared to let me take it off your hands?
I would do it on the Chim but it doesn't need an engine.

my Tuscan's engine is fine but if you want one without then I could take it out on tracks for the rest of the year! It's not been near one since the rebuild! How much are you expecting to spend?

How does as little as possible sound???
Of course, the going rate for a car with a blown engine but I am looking to be at the bottom end of the market.
As a Chim driver I wouldn't want to insult people with low offers, perhaps the forum could guide me on the RRP of a Tuscan/Cerbie with a blown engine.
