South Essex Thursday Evening Runout

OK it’s been a month since we ventured out to the Woodman. This months run out is Thurs 21st Sept and is down to the Halfway house pub on the A127 at the junction of the A128.

We have been invited down there by the Essex Roadsters club - which is an unofficial branch of the MG Owners club but is open to all roadsters, though most of the cars are MGF's. Their a nice bunch (I have to say that my brother in law runs the club )who would welcome the opportunity to peruse Blackpool’s finest

The Halfway house has a large car park at the rear where we should find them parked up - my BiL's car is a Norfolk Mustard Yellow MGF so you won't miss them!!

The start point for those who want to convoy is the Moby Dick pub at the junction of the A12 and Whalebone Lane North near Chadwell Heath @ 7:30pm leaving approx 8ish.

Weathers is looking good for the evening as well

I've just started working with a guy who ownes an MG, this is one of his meeting places, He remembers you (puff) popping down last month.

Behind and in front at times, Glad the traffic cleared so we got a good run.

It's quite impressive sitting in an open top car with all those lovely sounding Cerbera's giving it some on the way down! At times i thought i was on a race track.
Great Day, Austec really know how to put on an open day!

I'd go straight to the Halfway House...(Id have to pass it to go to the Moby Dick!)...
