FOC Parking for TVR's back home weekend.

If you are looking to park a TVR in a locked compound over the back home weekend FOC. Please contact John or Mick Holden, Green Star Sports Cars, Blackpool. 01253 343880 or 07947 642230. Note limited numbers but we will try to please all. You will be able to gain access to your vehicle at any time over the weekend.

What's the back home weekend and when is it?

Its a gathering of TVR's in Blackpool, Hence the name "Back Home" it all starts this Saturday 15th to Sunday 16th. Showing of cars, race cars and sprints, factory tours, please note factory tour tickets sold out.

Its an event for TVRCC members only to partake in but is open to the public to watch.
TVR Prom parking tickets £5 available from the club office.

Why would anyone want to park their car in a locked compund for the weekend when the whole point of it is to show the cars off???????
Sort of defeats the object really - may as well leave the car at home.

Take it you are leaving your car out to the elements all night on the prom. (Blackpool is not crime free by a long way!) others like to know their car is safe..

I'm stopping at a local hotel - secure car park. If I thought like you I'd never take it out. Crime is everywhere - you may have noticed..

Good thought though but not for us.

We are intending to provide a sucure parking area for your pride and joy, whilst you stay in your accomodation overnight without the worry of your cars being parked out on the street. As we are members of the TVRCC, we know how important it is to keep our pride and joy's safe.

What about pretending you have TVR in the locked compound? and its too nice to get out in the sea air.

Just drop in to Automedon and say hello. Dave and Colin are very approachable, and very knowledgeable with all things TVR. I'm sure they would be willing to give any advice you may need. I think Colin is planning to drop down to the prom at the weekend, so I'll introduce you.
