That is because all of the 2000 - 2003 engines are now out of warranty (even though still relatively low milage), so now the owners are being stung for the rebuild costs instead of the russian business boy!

no it's called uue diligence, when buying a business, you taleke on its liabilities as well, which 'may ' include sorting out 'self acknowledged 'flaws'

It includes honouring warantee claims - which he's done. I'm not aware of TVR having acknowledged any 'flaws' in their cars. He'd certainly be daft to acknowledge flaws in cars that were built before he took over.
