I guess it was only a matter of time before I got a fixed penalty from the BIB, annoying thing was, I had the road angel on, which didn't pick anything up, and didn't even see the scamera, although it could've been a mobile jobby or laser, or one of their equally ingenious methods of entrapment. Beware, if travelling London bound on the M2 between junctions 5 & 4!!.

They do seem to be doing a lot of hiding behind bushes or crouching on bridges at the moment & the A2/M2 is particularly bad.

Don't get me started on Road Angel.... alright, I will start! I have the baby one with the laser attachment as extra on top. Already changed attachment, but every time I go out it sets off, shouting LASER LASER LASER every 30 seconds. The thing can take 20 mins to find a satellite, which is about the time it takes me to get to work, so as I pull in, it tells me the speed I'm doing up the gravel drive - marvellous!

Not had it the other way yet - no NOP without warning, but don't feel terribly confident in it.

Apparently this is an issue with the noisy electrical system in Tivs. I had this in my Chimaera so badly that I just disabled the laser sensor - Mainly noticed this because it got worse when it was raining as the wind screen wipers seem to play havoc with sensitive electronic gear. I did think about trying to devise (or buy) some kind of 12v smoothing thingummy-jig but couldn't be bothered in the end.

I currently rely on keeping my eyes peeled. Although, 2 nips by the same camera in the same spot on the same motorway in the same month for the same speed (+- 1mph) seem to offer evidence that the BiB are either sneaky f***kers or I drive at 80mph asleep in an extremely noisy, bumpy car. 80 i ask you, on the M180 no less - the worlds quietest motorway GRRR... it was almost embarassing, something primeval (sp?) in me wanted to get caught doing what the car is actually capable of!
