Any of you Tuscaneers going to reveal what the running costs are?

There seem to be a lot of people with rather unrealistic current values for their cars. Large dose of reality needed. Which makes the costs rather meaningless

I sort of agree. What I may do is quote two figures - one without the depreciation included. What people are interested in is the day to day maintenance requirements and costs.

Been thinking of that too - when 'What Car' and 'Company Car' magazines quote running costs per mile, the depreciation is normally based on a reducing balance of 25% per year, irrespective of the actual market value of the car. I would guess that most PistonHeaders own their own cars and that the maintenance costs are more relevant.

Right... running costs now exlude depreciation. Bit more of a level playing field now with the cars generally in a more predictable order of costs.
