In Tiplers book PW states a Griff outran even F40s on track . . . I find that hard to believe . . . please enlighten me.

I wouldn't be so quick to diss the griff, in it's day (same era) the V8S was quicker in gear than the Tesorossa(sp?) and 911 turbo

Beautiful in it's simplicity, I still struggle to find anything which ticks so many boxes as the Griffith, I miss my old girl but will always have the memories

I still am, the 110 is amazing and considerably better than yours. But unfortunately a Griff or F40 it is not.

Having said that the 110 is the best 4 x 4 ever made, thats it then, i need a 110 and an F40. !!

Sorry for going off subject guys. The Griff is ACE. Just love bimbling around, trailed by the V8 melody and idiots guide to choose any gear to overtake. Did I mention the gorgeous looks. Looking forward to Ian finishing the business later this week (at least thats what he promised me)

Very simply the finest motorcar ever made.

Im not sure if I mean the F40 or Griff with the above but its definately one of them! Whichever one it wasnt about comes 2nd!

You can keep your Macca F1s, Veyrons, Enzos, 911tts and yes even the Sagaris...the Griff and the F40 are the pinacles of motoring perfection for me.

I need to buy a 4.3BV !
