wiper motor packed up

Hi all have just tried to go out for a blast put wipers on and nothing fuse ok and changed relay looked at wiper motor it looks all burnt out as there are some small bits of something in the casing and it smells burnt i have a 1997 4l chim can anybody give me any info on what replacement i need and where i can source it or if someone may stock new ones.
