A Plan Insurance

Just had to spread the news. I have just renewed my insurance with the above after many happy years elsewhere. Reason for this switch to A Plan.....£130 saving from the original renewal quote! Top people. I am now paying under £500, protected full NCB, 5000 miles, etc etc. Top people.

With all these threads, there has to be a nay-sayer.... about time someone did it for A-plan....

Called them..... "Oh you'll need to speak to our Performance Car division, I'll get them to call you immediately"

I guess quotes differ, but Mannings were way higher than others. A Plan were competitive, but resticted me to 5k miles. Only slightly more gave me unlimited mileage with Privilige!

Well I just got a the best quote I have had so far from them. Only beat my previous cheapest quote by £40 but included european cover.....result!!

Feel I must join the club. Just renewed my insurance today and they were a £130.00 cheaper than anyone else. Can't complain and Anne-Therase was very friendly and helpful.

Yup, will add my tuppence worth in, they managed to shave off £70 from an already competitive quote from SiL (Sunnyinghill??). Although its worth pointing out that the SiL policy includes track day cover (have never done, would love to, but am a bit nervous!) whilst A Plan does not.

Also the protected NCB policy seems to differ, under A Plan you are allowed 2 claims in 5 years, whilst a number of other companies allow 2 claims in 3 years. Not all policies are equal...............

That said I did sign up with A Plan and they were very helpful.

Saved me about £250 but have to say the accuracy of the paperwork sent from them and the insurance co. has been less than satisfactory.Its been wrong 3 times now and i,m still waiting for them to get it right.( another phone call next week if I don't hear anything this week ).
