He may not even be in the country, If there is one thing James isn't, that is rude, he is one of the nicest blokes you could wish to meet, and that goes for his wife too.

Sure but if someone is contacting you with the intent of giving you business and you do not reply to mail how else would you interpret it .

If i did not reply to mails i would hae no customers , it is typical motor trade not to answer , they must be having a great time of it if they dont need to answer mails

Ever crossed your mind that just maybe he wanted to spend a couple of days with family, not working??
I for one do not check my e-mails every 5 mins!
I understand that when you use e-mail as one of your primary sources of contact for your business prompt replies would be appreciated but come on, its Easter weekend!!!

As said before in the post, top bloke, he will return the e-mail or get in touch, there would be a perfectly valid reason why he has not done so already!!!

Always replies to me promptly, maybe he just doesn't like the tone of your emails and finds you aggressive and rude.

What crap you have no idea how i worded my mail , all i have done is state that he did not reply , some one started a thread along the same lines so if you do not like my reply i remind you that i reserve the right not to give a

So you are saying i am wrong as a potential customer to expect a reply from a potential supplier i did not say he is rude only that it is rude not to reply

If i did not reply to my customers mails i would be out of business in months , all i said was that the motor trade seem to not have grasped the concept of email , or that they are having it off big time and do not need to reply either way it is rude not to reply
