Red and Black (or Grey)

I wondered how common the combination of Black or Grey (Car) with Red Leather is.....?
Many Griffs V8S's or even Chims around with this combo...?

IIRC there was / is a Black Tuscan around that has a pillar-box red interior, to a PH'er. his mate used to call it the PIMP mobil!

Must admit it was striking! if not to my taste.

I think both would look OK in a "lesser" red IMHO.

Not as common as I'd have liked! My 'ideal' was graphite grey with bordeaux (oxblood/burgundy - call it what you will) leather. In the end I settled for metallic black with plum/mauve (impossible to describe but easier on the eye than full-on red). I got the roof retrimmed in burgundy, and I've just had the car resprayed in Seat Tinta black which is absolutely awesome. It's a grey that's so dark it's called black. I love it. As soon as I've taken some sunny-day shots I'll update my profile pic. The one on there now is pre-respray.

I currently have a Starmist Grey with Anthracite and Mulbery interior, I think it looks fantastic!! Saw a black (car) with bright red interior, and wasn't to my taste... Have to say the mulberry red is a nice, more toned down colour...
