Well it's come and gone. However

"Cars with the lowest rate of emissions would pay no vehicle excise duty but the 1% of most polluting cars would pay £210"

I guess we need to find out what the scale is and will our Tiv's be in the 1% More money methinks.

At least the weather is nice today.

I run mine on cat's tears so my emmisions will be so low I won't need to pay anything, at least that's what I'll tell them

Have just heard on R2 that the £210 RATE ONLY APPLIES TO CARS MANUFACTURED FROM THIS DATE ONWARDS, I hope that's correct!

I guess we can expect a steady decline in fun sportscars in the coming years, if things continue how they are!

Yes new rate only applies for cars manfactured after 2001, otherwise its up £5 to £175......could have been worse and wont stop me
