No more TVR for me

Hi everyone who knows me. As of tomorrow morning I will be Griffithless. Just wanted to say thanks for all the advice and support you have offered. And also sorry to anyone I pissed off with my cheeky comments.

Sold the Zippymobile for personnal reasons(which is why I dont post much these days) and got myself a late model Audi S3 to play with instead. Lovely!!

Hi Cosmos, haha, you remember me after all this time. Hows U? Not got the dog anymore, went elsewhere with my ex. Sure shes fine though, was a bag of beans when I was her dad. Very cute! Stll not got another, hopeless us men :-)

Not sure I could go back now. I'm hooked already, all that grip from the Quattro, no bits dropping off or breaking when you breathe on them. As much as I loved my Trev. I do like my new one more.

I have an S3 and a mate used to have a Griff. Can't say the S is a patch on the Tiv for fun. That said, I never owned the Griff so never felt the ownership costs. The S3 can be quick, the grip and traction is amazing, it's comfortable, well made and feels special. But to feel exciting you end up doing silly speeds. In the Griff I had a grin on my face as soon as the engine fired up. If I had a choice I would have an Audi for the week and a TVR for the weekends!

I hope you enjoy your new car. As the Audi forum on here is a little dead, check out www.audi-sport.net for some very helpful and friendly people. Oh, and get it remapped!!!

Men...hopeless? Harsh but fair!

I had an Audi as a runaround at the same time as my Trev. But it was only the A3 1.9TDi and although the interior was (black suede - very smart) I found the whole driving experience was bland - it felt soggy and understeered. Disappointed really.
