Service Cards Help Please

My Griff is due its 60k service but my service book has run out of service cards.
Phoned my TVR Dealer who said they can't get hold of them and to try the Factory.
Phoned Blackpool who said its down to the dealers to supply them not them.

Anybody got any idea where i can get some from.

I've got them in MS Powerpoint format - redesigned the MS Word one as it just didn't seem to print properly.
You can change the mileage and month number to suit.

Not sure why it didn't print properly, sounds like a driver issue that.
