but I have to ask!

Griff been laid up over the winter (first time I've had to do that!) and its now due for a service.
12 months since last one, but only done around 3K miles.

Can I get away with a interim service? or do I still need a full service?
I normally get a full 12 month service - but then again I've normally done some miles...

Depending on the last service to what ot was...... if it were due a 12k service five it one..... if only a 6k service due give it one...

if been laid up it will need a good check over to make sure brakes are fully releaseing etc

12k service I'd say. If the car has been laid up for a few months then it's going to need it. Brakes and hydraulics will have suffered and there's the possibility of deposits settling out in the sump, cooling and fuel systems.

Yup, me as well.
My Griff gets 'laid up' for the winter and only does around 3k a year, but it still gets the full service each time.

Do iy yourself - why pay someone to do it!

Drive it and see how it feels. I would be tempted to wait until the 5k is clocked up before forking out on a service
