Well I was looking forward to the meeting today, first one of the year for me. Wife and kids away, so had a good drive before getting there for around 12.30pm.

Just about to get there, phone rings and the wife is coming back early, so she asked for me to get various 'supplies' that men do not need when they are on there own.

So it was a quick drive by the pub and then off to the supermarket via some great back roads

Hope you all had a good time, saw a nice blue 'V'reg Griff and a few Chims on my travels near the pub.

Where you there Dave? Dark blue Tuscans are always quicker than the lighter ones!

See y'all at the March meeting.

Fairly low turnout - hardcore only!

Interestingly, mostly older models in attendance - Griffs, Cerbs and Chims (and Golfs - you know who you are!). Where were the Tuscans, Tams and Sags?

Couldnt make it Alex,Close call but the Alps took preference . Should be ok for March i hope unless i can wangle another week away, (not too likely me thinks). And Tuscans with PH badges on are the fastest, everyone knows that.!!

And we decided to start boarding out the loft instead. Not quite such a good view, but at least it was dry

Turned up without tvr (on holiday having it's chassis painted) had sunday lunch and managed to miss meeting all together! All in all a successful trip out!

Looked outside in the morning - much too wet to go. So went back to bed with papers and a cup of tea. Now have withdrawal symptoms as I did not get my weekly fix of driving my lovely TVR.

Is there still an East Midlands meet? It all seems to have gone very quiet. (No monthly email, no report in Sprint, no venue published in Sprint)

Yes and it is on the second Sunday of each month at The Unicorn's Head, main street, Langer, Nottingham. smile

I've been a couple of times this year.
