Word has it that TVR are launching a Tuscan based 'concept car'at the July show. A wide bodied Tuscan with what look likes an E-Type front end. And a Sagaris derived car with filled in vents and a central grill that apparently makes it look like a T350 again. It will be interesting to see if they actually do it or decide to build a HGV or something at the last moment. Then change their minds again.

it will probably be rumoured to be a speed 10 with a supercharger, a 7 speed sequential gearbox, 3 seats and 900bhp, 2 years later we will have heard no more or it will emerge with a slightly larger speed 6 engine and conventional gearbox.
i'm surprised if the engine will be be A.N Other why would tvr make a big thing on their website about not using bought in engines like other british marques

This is the car doing all the rounds of the car mags! The "carbon" car is on the front cover of "Max Power" this month and has been booked for the Motorshow.

It's not the carbon Tuscan, it's a new car currently being worked on at the factory. That Carbon melted looking bat mobile thing was done around twelve months ago and although commissioned by the Russian it was built by a bloke in the midlands.
The car is the basis of the new style of TVR's from what I was told by the sale guy at County Garage! Dealers are also being encouraged to fit special "one off" equipment to the cars to make them more special and wild.
The carbon car is stronger and neater than the older GRP bodied cars. New production techniques will ensure higher quality with no hike on the retail price. Team Dynamics and Rimspoke are working on the new range of TVR accessories!

Call me a cynic (and I don't want this to sound personally offensive) but I think someone has been listening to the my-sister's-boyfriend's-goldfish's-dog grapevine, by the sounds of things. TVR letting someone else come up with the platform for their latest models. So why would they have a design team of their own then?

The Team Dynamics/Rimstock TVR accessories will be exclusive to the TVR dealers and Halfords.
Picture a Tuscan with slightly wider track. Sat on a Sagy chassis, then add a T350 roof making it a coupe and an oval grille with two vertical fences like a Typhon. Then add two horizontal fences in the middle of the outer grill intakes. I've now seen mobile phone pictures leaked from TVR and it looks a bit Tuscan, T350, Subaru and Typhon. The good news I suppose is the Sagy chassis.

I wonder if they are using Carbon Fibre similar to the Invicta -

The one-piece bodyshell weighs just 25kg and uses a new type of carbon fibre that only requires curing in a low bake oven rather than the traditional autoclave. Once cured, the body is bonded to the chassis/floorpan assembly to create an extremely strong semi-monocoque construction, and with a set back engine and fuel tank mounted over the back axle it offers sizeable impact protection zones front and rear.
If the worst does happen, Invicta’s carbon fibre moulding method means that any accident damage will be very localised and can even be cut out and repaired by having a replacement section bonded in much like a GRP body.
