looking at TVR's new website

noticed a few things.

the sagaris has lost 26bhp down to 380bhp

all the cars will do 160+ (no claims of 195 anymore then)

and from reading the heritage part i cant see them using a crate engine any time soon!

I think they've decided on more a realistic approach, rather than entering the German/Scooby/Evo bhp wars, possibly in readiness for an entry to the US market where "my car is down on power" and "I couldn't get it to 190 mph" lawsuits could always be a worry.

Although, would be cars be further down on power in the US due to the local octane rating of fuel over there?
