TVR becoming modest?

Apologies if this already been posted, but I just looked at TVR website for first time in ages - www.tvr.co.uk - and noticed that when you hover on Sag and Tuscan, the max power they now quote is 380 bhp, not 400. So the S engine is only 15bhp more than std 4 litre Tuscan engine - how much extra do those 15 ponies now cost?

I presume the 4 litre S engines haven't been downgraded, but TVR just realise that now that various car mags and TV shows are dyno-testing cars, there is no point in being unrealistic and exaggerating their engine output claims?

I think they are all great cars which are all different, and along with Marcos (when they start production) it's good to have such a choice of British sports cars to chose from!

and a std RR Tusc make 339! and 280ft/lb - Whitey post in SP6 forum - they talk a good story - pity they never offered the AJPV8 in the Tuscan or the Sag would have been even better - sadly Dead.
