Tectyl VS Waxoyl (basic questions)

Someone recommended Tectyl over waxoyl, said it was far superior, what exactly is it? The individual also wasnt sure if it was called Tectyl 506 WD or...?? Are there different types of Tectyl - Anyone know what to order for chassis treatment?
