Following the recently unveiled plans for a new factory to replace their old Bristol Avenue units, TVR are open to ideas of what to do with the old plant. They have taken this gracious opportunity to invite the highly serious, knowledgable and creative Pistonheads community to propose ideas for their old site, including the various machines, abandoned prototypes and 'downsized' staff.
(OK, probably not)

Amongst the proposals so far received include:

1. A Ride in conjunction with Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Codenamed 'The Drivers' Experience', this death-defying ride takes the terrified rider through a series of tunnels, where the hazards of plastic pedestrians photographing with mobile phones and flashing fake Gatsos are to be enjoyed, along with a 180mph rush through some orange intersection lights.

(Then the ride stops for 3 hours whilst an enormous mock-up recovery truck lifts the rider, upside down, to safety.)

2. Using discarded fibreglass, GRP, and other parts, plastic surgeons have gotten into the act by offering customised implants to male and female enthusiasts for the brand. Imagine the possibilities- billeted aluminium nipples, flip-flop coloured buttocks, and as for the gearlever....

3. A large and overpriced chip shop. There are not quite enough of those in Blackpool, as anyone will tell you.

4. Some houses.
