unmarked speed scamera - Tower Bridge London

Don't think I have seen previous mention of it here but just to let people know that there is an unmarked speed camera mounted high on Tower Bridge set at 20mph, YES 20mph. There was an article in the Evening Standard about it last week. It doesn't have to be marked like the yellow ones apparently because it comes under the City of London police not Traffic for London and the Scamera Partnership. It has caught hundreds of people out. So if youi are in that neck of the woods take it sloooooooow.

I think you're talking about the SPECS system which has been there for a long time:

In summary they measure average speed across the bridge based on your numberplate. They always seem to be mounted on a distintive gantry.
