err yeah he said he liked the Porsche that he spent time in and commented nicely how he could see why you guys spend your money on them.... Still got the TVR itch though hasnt he

There are only 2, maybe 3 that I'd call supercars !
The 959 (this is the maybe)
The Carrera GT
& the GT1
911 Turbo, GT2, GT3 are very fast sports cars
Carrera, C4S etc etc are just sports cars.....
As this is the TVR forum though, I'd like to add that that the Cerbera is of course a Supercar....

I won't ever be seen in an ex Nazi engineering disaster that only allowed its drivers to survived until the 80's by putting vast amouts of lead in the front bumper and has only been salvaged by a stupid expenditure of engineering effort to make a sledge hammer go around a corner. Add to that ceramic brakes that failed to be developed properly and cost some owners £25k to fix,the Porch Cayanne that is 80% VW Towrag and the underpowered ( even in S form) Boxster- (does S stand for Shorts?) and I just fail to see the appeal.
Add to that wimpy City slicker drivers many of whom are afraid of their cars.

There seems to be a lot of these type threads lately, I think podies quote is also spot on! Not everyone is going to get/like everyone elses car, just accept they are different and appreciate that everyone is passionate about their own P&J!
Although everyone is entitled to an opinion and if 'London Porky' doesnt like TVR's that fine not everyone will. Just like not everyone likes Ferrari's or Porsches contrary to what some people think
But Mr Porky seems to like posting comments just to wind people up and start an argument and thought this to be rather apt for him...

Nice looking car BTW; hope you enjoy it as much as we Tiv owners enjoy ours, although I'm more used to seeing the front view (getting rapidly smaller in my mirror).
Not bored at all mate. I see myself as a bit of a Porsche evangelist, spreading the word about the worlds greatest supercar. when you have driven and experienced one, only then can you comment. TVR drivers are generally very blinker (as are the Ferrari boys) but at least you lot do have a laugh from time to time. They are, and will always remain plastic buckets, fast, granted but plastic buckets nevertheless. Try a real car boys, you'll never look back.
