Morning all,

I have a 2002 4.5l Chimaera and a wife with short legs. Unfortunately, they appear to be incompatible.

Is there a recommended booster seat that will SAFELY push her far enough forward to reach the pedals and have fun driving the TVR?

Thanks

How tall are you (assuming you also want to drive the car) as other options could be to move the seat forward or adjust the pedals.

It's a few years since I had a Chim but IIRC the pedals are adjustable, are they set as close as possible currently?

Thanks for the reply. The pedals are already adjusted to fit my body shape (short legs, long back) and I don't want to go to the expense of installing longer seat rails. Hence, the idea of a bolster.

Extended pedals are/were available, these are an aftermarket part made by Peter Essling. I bought some from him a few years ago and you should be able to find him on here if he's still frequenting these forums.

I only have 29 inch legs, and 5ft 6 tall, so they were really helpful for me.

Andrew.
