Popped to the local car show today.
Lots of good stuff but this caught my eye.

Frank Costin designed car, 1962, commissioned by tvr, but not taken up. Chassis then plywood bodywork, and a 940cc 3 cyl engine by DKW

So that Blue Costin, further research finds a really good article by motorsport magazine. Later Lister got involved, which is where the historic racers come in.
