It’s not wise to lift the car at this point.
Use the outrigger corner plates to place your Jack and use a rag or bit of rubber to protect chassis.
That’s very good from what we can see.
The problem is most rot occurs above on top of the tubes at the front and rear corners directly behind the wheels and you can’t easily asses that from photos or even by eye.
Someone’s obviously re painted those but they do look in good general condition.

That's just about the worst place you could have lifted the car from.
Given that the outrigger didn't buckle, at least that part of the tube can't be in terrible condition, but you really want to avoid doing that in future. The best place to lift the car is under the central chassis rails with suitable protection where the jack contacts the chassis.
As mentioned below, the part of the outrigger we can see is not where corrosion tends to be worst. The top of the corner plates are usually the worst areas.

Thanks but I've owned this car for 20 years and I used this car as my daily drive for 4 years when I first bought it racking up 40 thousand miles I then only use it in the dry for the last 16 years .I painted those outriggers 13 years ago after rubbing them down so I know exactly how strong they are so I jack them up there on purpose
Bad advert How's that. I've been honest because that's me .I've owned the car 20 years it's hot hi spec caliper brakes all round adjustable suspension new paint top end rebuild bills for nearly 30 grand still original outriggers that are solid as a rock the interior has minimal wear so what am I hiding. That's the trouble with pistonheads te people on here spout rubbish. That's exactly why I posted this and some more on general gassing .I've forgot more about cars than all you berks put together
