Hi,

Please can i have recommendations for replacing the rear window on the roof, possibly retrimming the whole lot too. Also suppliers of a new dash, either traditional or ally, mine is delaminating.

I’m based in Hampshire.

Many thanks

I saw an advert from Steve Edwards. He is selling a complete roof for a customer. If it's in good condition that may be an easier way to get a fresh roof.

I got a replacement dash from TVR MADS, fitted by Powers when the car was in with them.
I appreciate neither are in Hants mind.

I have no doubt TVR101 would be able to sort both out (and source for you too if needed).

I replaced my dash with a TVR MADS one. Really happy with mine. Not too expensive either.

On a Chimaera I had from 2017- 2019, the veneer was cracking on the main dash, and a previous owner had used wood 'effect' vinyl on the radio panel, looked awful.

I removed both sections and the instruments and scraped off all the veneer. I then covered them with carbon effect vinyl, the 3M very sticky stuff! I thought it looked OK, but not to everybody's taste I accept. smile It was cheap though, the vinyl was less than £10. smile The heater control wheels and their washers was the trickiest bit:
