Morning all,

I need to buy new fuel lines for Sagaris.

Can anyone advise the best spec/ suppler for these at all? These are from tank to filter, filter to rail etc.

Thanks in advance

I've under taken this job on my T350. Went down the route of PTFE braided hose. I used chemical resistant heat shrinking to go over the lines to protect powder coating from being rubbed off. Then AN-6 fittings direct from tank, fuel filter and fuel rail removing all rubber from system. Deleted the charcoal canister on the return also.

I was refurbishing the chassis, so body was lifted at the time and had plenty of room to work out the routing. I think it would be a struggle of a job with body in place. Clearance along the top of the chassis is tight with added difficulty of the insulation blanket being in the way.

Just noticed your name and seen your other thread on the rebuild. So nice and easy for you. I can probably put together a list of what you need to do the job.

Hi Tommy

Thanks for your message, I would certainly welcome a steer in direction regarding the parts you used.

Also if you have any images of the routing of them them - that would be useful.

Regards,
Dave
