Sagaris Fuel Lines
Discussion
I've under taken this job on my T350. Went down the route of PTFE braided hose. I used chemical resistant heat shrinking to go over the lines to protect powder coating from being rubbed off. Then AN-6 fittings direct from tank, fuel filter and fuel rail removing all rubber from system. Deleted the charcoal canister on the return also.
I was refurbishing the chassis, so body was lifted at the time and had plenty of room to work out the routing. I think it would be a struggle of a job with body in place. Clearance along the top of the chassis is tight with added difficulty of the insulation blanket being in the way.
