When TVR was a competitor for Volvo!

Was having a bank holiday tidy up, & came across a copy of Esquire magazine from 1994. I was wondering why on earth I’d have kept it, then turned a page and on the inside front cover was an advert for the Volvo 850 T-5. I’d never have thought that a low volume TVR could be considered a reference point for a volume manufacturer in a nationwide magazine advert! Thought you might all be interested… I think all three are nice cars

It's funny, I can understand the joke with the BMW 850, but why the Chimaera??
Else I'm pretty sure that the 3rd quote, laudatory the long lasting build quality, is the one from the Chimaera's review
