What do you think, prototype or Frankenstein's TVR..?

I actually quite like it, some seats, engine and a lick of paint...

Best front end, mid section and rear from the whole range in one. Love it.

Probably for the parts. If you want a Tuscan front end or a T350 rear, or a Cerbera middle, what do you get for £500? How much do Fiberon charge? Are they even still going? How much does plasticman on here charge?

I suppose you have to factor in the cost of dumping the rest of it that you don't want, unless you can sell that on, once you have cut off the bit that you need.

You have to wonder at the sanity of who created it originally. It makes Frankenstein look like Leonardo Da Vinci!

Is that a steering wheel I can see.

The sort of thing a Tvr collector/ expert would buy to mount on the wall or ceiling.
Clean it up, add paint and you have a fair old talking point for your business for not a lot of outlay. A fun thing.

Yeah I quite like it myself but surely it will be cut up and used to repair at least 3 different cars biggrin
Wouldn’t the fibreglass gel coat be totally foooked by now though?

As usual with Tvr the back story might be of interest or is it just the work of some spaced out body shop man who really needs to get better air filtration in his building smile

I remember an independent Jag repair man that had one of the last XJ6 bodies ever produced but never built into a car and it hung off the ceiling which made him very well known indeed and deeply respected but really he was just a fine engineer.

I agree, and I'd love to see that finished and on the road. Whoever created it had an amazing understanding of the various TVR shapes and how they could be spliced together. It looks like they couldn't decide which looked better the B pillar of the Cerbera or the T350 so incorporated one on each side! Looks to me like it was a silver Cerbera that's had a fresh Tuscan front end and T350 rear grafted to it, which means it probably needs Cerbera chassis and could be a 2+2...

I hope whoever buys it starts a build thread on here and isn't scared off the realist doom and gloomer(s)...
