Ground to ignition coil

Hi I have a tvr s3 that i have rebuilt it has a 2.9 cologne efi engine. My problem is she will start on tick over for approx 30 seconds then dies. I have found that on start up i have a ground to the coil that i loose after approx 30 seconds. I then have to wait for the ground to come on again . i have fitted a new distributor ignition module. Could it be the imoboliser it has a s on the front and a 39 on it . Any help would be great thank you

Exactly what measurement did you take?
