What's the best fixant to use for the trim around the screen?

Sikaflex?

yes or normall silicon sealant does the job too, but not as good as silkaflex

Yes Ditto with the Sikaflex, but one tip worth taking on board is...put on latex gloves, as it staines your hands for weeks after believe me, i used to build boats.
